TEAM STRUCTURE

We are organized and specialized.

Team members work as part of strategically divided teams managed by managers, directors, and co-captains. We maximize results by maintaining projects with adequately trained specialists.

We track performance and data to improve our management system each year. Past members return with feedback to help us plan new objectives to tackle, allowing the team to evolve as time goes on. The team also relies on members to provide feedback continuously throughout each year - suggested changes are usually integrated into the team by the second semester of school.

Try these unique positions before settling in.

We offer two unique and limited roles: First-Year Representative and General Member. Both allow you to join any sub-team before deciding to stay with one for the rest of the year.

Mentorship: First-year representatives also benefit from personal mentorships with advisors and co-captains. This role allows students to rapidly grow by gaining technical skills and leadership qualities in the first year of university, so they may get a head start in future years as team leaders.

Free Choice: Both positions allow members to choose any sub-team freely. The deadline for selecting positions, usually every October, is pushed back to December to allow a full semester of experience before staying with a sub-team for the rest of the year.

Feedback: As someone that will be moving around a lot, the positions will enable members to provide more valuable feedback to the team, which will be taken into account when implementing changes.
